Today I have started to model the magnificent Queenslander homestead I blogged about here
The home sprawls over a generous size block, and with its sweeping verandahs and details, is pretty spectacular on the eye.
My work on this property as the Interior Designer and Interior Decorator is to select all the finishes, fixtures and fittings. Select furniture, design kitchens and bathrooms and to oversee that everything is perfect on the eye.
The paint has already been selected. It is a surprise and one I will share with you once we are underway.
From this point so that my clients have a good understanding of the work and placements of items and furniture, I shall be making suggestions via a plan of the home. I shall be providing them with spacial layout, dimensions, sizing of selected pieces to source, pictures and links to favoured, ideas, collections, fabric samples and design boards.
The budget is to be met and I will be sure to assess every item for inclusion, on its look and quality and if it will work in each space and the entirety of the homes interior "look".
But first things first, I will start modelling this project in 3 dimensional, so that we can see clearly how everything is going to fit. Exciting times ahead :)
